Art: We do not accept any returns on Art products. Purses: Purses may be returned within 48 of receipt with shipping covered by the buyer. A full refund will be issued. If a package is marked as delivered and is not received, please contact your local post office to locate the package. Unfortunately I am not able to offer a refund if the package is not located. Custom designed purses are all considered final sales and are not returnable or refundable.

All products will be shipped within 1-14 days. Custom Purses will be shipped within 2-6 weeks pending final approval of design by the purchaser.

I would be honored to create a custom purse for you. Custom orders are created from availability of products the buyer has chosen. (This will usually require a series of texts with photos of products and or face to face call in order for you to pick your colors and vinyls.) I am honored to create something that is truly unique to you. The final creativity of the purse resides with me as the artist. All custom orders are non returnable and non refundable.
