Return/Refund Policy

Art:  All art sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Purses:  Purses may be returned within 48 of receipt in the same condition in which they were received for a full refund.  Any damage to returned products will result in a forfeiture of full refund. The buyer assumes the cost of return shipping to Mystique Dezigns.

Custom-designed purses are all considered final sales and are not returnable or refundable.

Delivery: If a package is marked as delivered and is not received, please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am not able to offer a refund if the package is not located.
